Included here are a range of forms for tenants. Beside each link is an explanation of that form and when it is used.

To download a document:  

• Application for Tenancy – This document allows tenants to apply for a new tenancy agreement.
• Intention to Vacate – This document is used for tenants intending to vacate the property. Two weeks notice is required for application processing.
• Intention to Break Tenancy Agreement – This document is used when lease agreement is to be broken and another party has intention to take over lease agreement.
• Change of Shared Tenancy – This document is used to advise that someone else will be moving in under your tenancy agreement.
• Tenant Request to Renew Agreement – This document is used during tenancy agreement to express interest in renewing your tenancy agreement and prolonging your stay in that property.
• Tenant Register – Looking for a property – This document is to provide your details to our agency database while searching for a new home to lease.
• Property Incident Report – This document is used if you incur damage to self or property and must be filed with our office in such case.
• Tenant Maintenance Request Form – This document is used if there are any maintenance issues with the property that need to be addressed.
